Black Rock Petroleum has sold down its stake in junior explorer Norwest Energy after the recently...

It sold down its 8.72% tranche over the last week, and slipped below the 5% substantial shareholder level on Friday

Black Rock sold its interest in WA 226P (containing the Morangie prospect) to Norwest in August for 12 million shares at an issue price of 10 cents together with 3 million options of the same class as the existing listed options.

Black Rock management was unable to say whether they would remain as a smaller chareholder or exit the NEW register completely.
